How long does a turnover clean take?
A studio or one-bedroom usually takes 1.5–2 hours; a villa 3–4 hours. We send enough people to be ready before check-in.
What if a guest leaves damage or stains?
We record it with photos in the report and tell you straight away, so you can claim it from the platform.
Do I need to be on the island?
No. Most owners leave us a key or code and see everything in the photos.
