Turnover between two bookings is the most critical hour of the day for any villa owner. You typically have a 4โ5 hour window between check-out and check-in, and the result decides the next guest's first impression.
1. Start with the textiles
Sheets, towels and bathrobes must go out first because they have the longest cycle time. If you work with an external linen provider, pick-up should be scheduled before the guests even leave.
2. Bathrooms before the kitchen
Bathrooms need dwell time for disinfectants. Spray, move on, come back after 10 minutes.
3. The pool will not wait
Water chemistry checks should happen in the morning so there is time to correct before arrival.
4. A final look through guest eyes
Walk in through the front door as if you were the visitor. You will spot things you never notice while cleaning.
